A Blue Box Milestone Achieved: A Message from our Vice President; Gordon Day

Ryse Solutions is pleased to share that, along with Circular Materials (CM), we have achieved a milestone on the path towards the new Blue Box transition period beginning on July 1, 2023.

On June 30, 2022, CM and Ryse Solutions submitted the Initial Report as required by Section 50.1 of the Blue Box Regulation. The Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority (RPRA) has determined that the agreement between CM and Ryse represents more than 66% of the 2020 aggregate weight of blue box materials.

The RPRA has released the initial report which includes a description of how a common collection system will be established and operated, in the interest of all producers.
